To ensure that your experience with us is as safe as possible we've made some changes... Your safety is our top priority
DISINFECTION PROCEDURE
As always the practice is disinfected between patients. When you arrive at the practice you will be asked to sanitise your hands. If required we may need to disinfect your existing glasses before we handle them.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
We have implemented a locked door policy. Only people with appointments will be permitted into the practice. Ensuring your time with us is exactly that... YOUR time. We have also added protective screens for the areas where close contact will be required. Don't worry if you would like to bring a family member or friend, they will be more than welcome
TRYING ON SAMPLES
We know that a big part of your experience is choosing your new glasses, so we've made sure that all of our samples are ready for you to try on. Once you've tried them on we ask you to leave them on the desk so they can be sanitised at the end of your appointment.
